  • Cross-species Comparative Analysis of ML-identified AMR-associated Uncharacterized Genes

    2024–2025

    Used machine learning feature selection to identify functionally uncharacterized genes highly associated with antimicrobial resistance (AMR) bacterial strains, followed by cross-species comparative analysis. Funded by the College Student Research Scholarship (2024–2025), National Science and Technology Council, Taiwan.
